our team is comprised of current and former collegiate cheerleaders, college coaches, all star gym owners, and cheer parents - dedicated to providing you with the tools to achieve the next big step in your life!

marion

Co-founder

Marion’s cheer experience comes as a veteran cheer dad for his daughter –  who currently attends college on a cheerleading scholarship. As the lead of our technical team, he has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and is passionate about helping and mentoring young athletes. His experience from guiding his daughter through college recruitment motivated Marion to join our team in the hopes of helping parents and athletes through the process.

natalie

Co-founder

Natalie has over 17 years experience in both the all star and high school cheer industry and is currently USASF level 5 trained and certified in both stunting and tumbling. Natalie is a former owner of a successful small gym all star cheer program. She is also a founder and CEO of a small non-profit organization designed to train cheer coaches and provide athletes with scholarship opportunities based on both financial need and skill.

Jose

Co-founder

Jose completed his PhD in chemistry at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he also cheered and coached for 3 years. Most recently, he won the 2019 Cheerleading Worlds Championship with the California All Stars Rangers large coed level 6 team. During undergrad, Jose also participated at UCA College Nationals with Texas State University and has extensive experience mentoring in an academic and cheerleading settings.

Crystal

Social media & marketing

Crystal attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she received her bachelor’s degree in communication. While at UCSB, she pursued certifications in personal training, sport management, and health & wellness through the Exercies & Sports Studies department. Crystal also cheered for UCSB while pursuing her undergraduate degree. She has worked with youth cheerleading for 10 years and high school cheerleading for 4. Following her graduation from Santa Barbara, Crystal has established two competitive recreational cheerleading teams for both the junior and high school level.

jaime

director of training programs

Jaime has been in the cheerleading industry for 20 years. His expertise in high school, college, and all star have earned him respect within the cheer industry. He won a collegiate title with Palomar College in 2002 and has worked for some of the best companies in the industry. We are excited to share his knowledge in skills development and choreography as our Director of Training Programs. Jaime values the opportunities that cheerleading has offered him in education – as a graduating student with Cum Laude honors, he knows the effort required of student athletes.

Savanna Sibley

University of nevada las vegas

Savanna is in her sixth season as the head coach of the UNLV Cheerleaders and brings 15 years of cheerleading experience.  Coach Sibley’s collegiate cheerleading career includes stints at UNLV and Hawaii Pacific.  During her time at HPU, she won various national NCA titles with small and large coed squads and competed in the all-girl partner stunt division. Savanna was also a member of the USA National Team in 2010 and 2011, winning gold medals at the ICU competition where she was recognized as one of 20 participants for the country’s top collegiate cheerleaders for the 2011 ICU Collegiate All-American Teams. Savanna is currently in her sixth year coaching the All-Girl team of the USA National Team and recently won a UCA College Nationals title in the Game Day division with UNLV.

Tyler STrom

Bowling Green State University

Tyler Strom has been the Head Coach for the Bowling Green State University Spirit Program since 2017. Tyler graduated from BGSU with a degree in Sport Management in 2013 and competed at UCA College Nationals from 2011-2013. Since coaching at BGSU, his teams have placed second in the nation in the small coed division at UCA College Nationals and they won the University World Cup Cheerleading Championship in 2019. Coach Strom has assisted his athletes in making the U.S. National All-Girl team in 2019 as well.  Him and his wife, Abbey Strom (who also cheered at BGSU and on the U.S. National All-Girl Team), have one son and have been married since 2015.  When Coach Strom is not coaching at BGSU, he serves in the U.S Army Reserves as a Logistics Captain.  He strives to help his athletes succeed in and outside of the gym by instilling work-ethic, leadership and a positive attitude.    

AudraLee Scofield

University of Texas San Antonio

A native of New Mexico, AudraLee has more than 16 years coaching experience including stints at Alamo City and Coastal Carolina where she led the Chanticleer’s for 6 years. During her time at Coastal Carolina, she led the team to a 2016 Cheer Ltd. CANAM Open Collegiate Championship and to three straight top-six finishes at NCA College Nationals. In her last season at Coastal Carolina, she led the all-girl team to a school best third place finish in Division I at the 2016 NCA College Nationals. She has recently taken over the University of Texas San Antonio cheerleading program. While at UTSA, she has resurrected the competitive team to consistent top showings at NCA College Nationals – most recently placing both her all-girl and large coed teams in the top 5.
